Vestry Meeting Minutes

Ilmer Parish. 1924. A joint meeting of the Vestry & Parochial electors was, after due notice, held in the Parish Hall on Thursday April 24th. There were present Mr S. Boswell, churchwarden, Mrs Boswell, Mr Wm Kingham. The Vicar in the chair.

The vicar nominated Mr Fritz Kingham as his churchwarden for the ensuing year. Mr Wm Kingham moved & Mr Boswell seconded Mr Sidney Boswell as peoples warden. Mr Boswell was unanimously elected Representative to the Ruri-decanal Conference. Mr Boswell was also elected secretary to the Parochial Church Council.

The vicar reported that the roll of electors had been brought up to date.

This was all the business.

* as in former years it was resolved that all adult communicants of the Parish should be members of the Parochial Ch. Council.
