LONGWICK-CUM-ILMER PARISH COUNCIL Meeting held in Schoolroom Longwick 7-30 pm Thursday 22nd March 62

Present Cllr Harper, Walker, Mrs Wootton Mrs Brock, Tappin Apology for absence received from Cllr Gomme.

Mins The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed

Cllr Claridge The chairman, Cllr Harper requested the Cllr members to stand for one minute as a mark of respect for the late Cllr Claridge

Election of Councillor It was proposed by Cllr Mrs Brock and seconded by Cllr Walker that Mr D. S. Leuw of Ilmer be elected to replace the late Cllr Claridge Carried

Assoc of Parish Councils The clerk read a letter requesting the annual dinner of the Assoc of Parish Councils. Unfortunately no members of the Council were in a position to attend and the clerk was so instructed

Planning Permission The Council discussed the lack of information supplied by the WRDC to Parish Councils re

planning permission etc within the Parish.
