Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.

Footpath 21 Meadle It was proposed by C William. Seconded by C Claydon that the clerk should write to Wycombe RDC regarding obstruction of footpath 21 at Meadle also rising question of Meadle Pond and Mrs Hamilton-Jenkins application to fill in same, The clerk was also instructed to point out to WRDC condition of road between Bus Lane & Watkens Yard, and installation of gutter to clear water

Payment of Salary It was proposed by C William and Seconded by C Tappin that clerk be paid 3 months salary June to Sept 1958 £3-0-0 Postage & Insurance making a total of £3-17-6
