Appointment of New Clerk & Retirement of Present Clerk It Was Proposed By Councillor F Walker Seconded By Councillor D Claydon That the Clerks Resignation be accepted & a vote of Thanks be Recorded to Him For the satisfactory Way he as Carried out his Duties It Was Proposed Councillor Claydon Seconded Councillor Tapping That Mr Chivers Forge Cottage Longwick be accepted as the new Clerk to the Council as & From June 24 1958 at a Salary of £12-0-0 Per annum Carried
School Managers Councillor Claydon Seconded Councillor Tapping That Councillors W J Harper & F Williams be appointed School Managers For 1958/1961 Carried
Payment of accounts Councillor Walker Seconded Councillor Tapping The Following accounts be Paid audit Stamps 10/- Hon Secretary County of Buckingham association of Parish Councils £1-7-6 Clerks Salary & Postage £3-1-5 Due June 24th 1958
