Matters Arresing The Clerk Reported the matter of the Stile on Footpath no 3 Was already in the Hands of the R D C & Would be Done as soon as Possible.

Road Safty Circular it was agreed to accept Posters From the Road Safty Committee & Display in the Village

Issuing a Precept Pro Councillor F M Walker Sec Councillor Williams That we issue Precept For the sum of £20-0-0 For the Year ending march 31st 1959

Payment of Accounts Pro Councillor F M Walker Sec Councillor O Tapping That the Following accounts be Paid £6-0-0 Clerks Salary 3/0 Clerks Bond 8/4 Postage 10/0 Rent of School Room

Any Other Business It was agreed the Clerk get in touch With Road Foreman Re the state of the Footpath Which is being Fouled by Mr Williams Cattle

Retirement of Clerk The Clerk Gave the meetg notice of Giving up the Clerkship on June the 24th 1958
