Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick on Monday March 25th 1946 at 7-15 pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. Payment of accounts. Present: Messrs Wm A. Walker (Chairman) Wm J Harper. A. J. Goodchild, H. W. Lewis, F. Williams E. J. Girling and the Clerk.

Payment of accounts Proposed by Mr. H. W. Lewis seconded by Mr Fred Williams that the following accounts be passed for payment:- Messrs Shaw & Sons Ltd. Parish Council Election Forms 11/8d "Logonia" Premium on Clerks Bond 3/-d. Secretary Longwick Village Hall, Hire of Hall for Parish Meetings 10/-d. Correspondent Longwick C of E. School, Use of Room for Meetings (One year) 10/-d Robert Bailey Quarters Salary to 25/3/46 £1/5/- Postages (One year) 7/10d. Total Cheque to Bailey £1/12/10. Carried Fred Williams Chairman
