Minutes of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council on 27th Mar 1945.

Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick on Tuesday March 27th 1945 at 7.45 pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. To appoint a Trustee to Monks Risborough Charities. Payment of accounts. To fix date and time for Annual Meeting of the Parish Council. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman) H. S. Pope E. J. Girling. F. Williams. W. J. Harper. A. J. Goodchild, and the Clerk.

Absence of H. W Lewis Councillor H. W Lewis was unable to attend owing to illness.

Minutes The Minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.

Appointment of E. J. Girling as a Trustee to Monks Risboro' Charities Proposed by Councillor F. Williams, seconded by Councillor H. S. Pope that Mr E. J. Girling be re-appointed a Trustee to Monks Risborough Charities, his previous term of office having expired. Carried.

Payment of accounts Proposed by Councillor H. S. Pope seconded by Councillor E. J. Girling that the following accounts be passed for payment:- Robert Bailey. One Quarters Salary as Clerk to 25/3/45 £1/5/- Postages (One year) 6/11d Total Cheque to Bailey £1/11/11. Correspondent Longwick C of E. School. for use of a room for meetings. 10/-d. Carried.

Date of Annual Meeting of Parish Council It was agreed that the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council be held at the Schoolroom, Longwick on Tuesday April 24th 1945 at 8 pm. Wm A Walker
