Minutes of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council on 25th Apr 1944.

The Annual Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council was held in the Schoolroom, Longwick, on Tuesday April 25th 1944 at 8 pm. To appoint a Chairman & Vice Chairman for the ensuing year. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. To appoint two Representatives to serve on the Rating and Valuation Committee of the Wycombe R.D.C. for the ensuing year. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman) H. S. Pope A. J. Goodchild, H. W. Lewis F. Williams, E. J. Girling and the Clerk.

Chairman Proposed by Councillor E. J. Girling, seconded by Councillor H. W. Lewis that Councillor Wm A. Walker be re-appointed Chairman for the ensuing year. Carried

Vice-Chairman Proposed by Councillor A. J. Goodchild, seconded by Councillor E. J. Girling that Councillor H. S. Pope be re-appointed Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year. Carried

Minutes The Minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.

Representatives Rating & Valuation Committee Wycombe R.D.C. Proposed by Councillor H. S. Pope seconded by Councillor H. W. Lewis that Councillors A. J. Goodchild and F. Williams be re-appointed as representatives to serve on the Rating and Valuation Committee of the Wycombe R.D. Council for the ensuing year. Carried Wm A Walker
