Minutes of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council on 19th Apr 1943.

Annual Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick on Monday April 19th 1943 at 7 pm. To appoint a Chairman & Vice Chairman for the ensuing year. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. To appoint two Representatives to serve on the Rating and Valuation Committee of the Wycombe R.D.C. for the ensuing year. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman) H. S. Pope, F. Williams, H. W. Lewis, W. J. Harper, E. J. Girling A. J. Goodchild and the Clerk.

Chairman Proposed by Councillor Goodchild, seconded by Councillor Lewis that Councillor Wm A. Walker, be re-appointed Chairman for the ensuing year. Carried

Vice Chairman Proposed by Councillor Harper, seconded by Councillor F. Williams, that Councillor H. S. Pope be re-appointed Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year. Carried.

Minutes The Minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.

Representatives on Rating & Valuation Committee Wycombe R.D.C. Proposed by Councillor Lewis seconded by Councillor Pope that Councillors A. J. Goodchild and F. Williams be re-appointed as representatives to serve on the Rating and Valuation Committee of the Wycombe R. D. Council for the ensuing year. Carried Wm A Walker
