Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick, on Monday March 22nd 1943 at 7.45. pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. Payment of accounts. To fix date & time for Annual Meeting of the Parish Council. Present:- Councillors H. S. Pope (in the chair) F. Williams, A. J. Goodchild, W. J. Harper and the Clerk.

Apologies for absence Apologies for absence received from Councillors Wm A. Walker and H. W. Lewis.

Minutes Minutes of last meeting read and confirmed.

Payment of accounts Proposed by Councillor W. J. Harper seconded by Councillor F. Williams, that the following accounts be passed for payment:- Correspondent, Longwick C of E. School, Use of room for meetings 10/-d. Robert Bailey, One Quarters Salary as Clerk to 25/3/43 £1/5/- Audit Stamp 1941/42 5/- Postages (One year) 8/- Total Cheque to Bailey £1/18/- Carried

Date of Annual Meeting of Parish Council Proposed by Councillor F. Williams, seconded by Councillor A. J. Goodchild, that the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council be held at the Schoolroom, Longwick, on Monday April 19th 1943 at 8 pm. Carried

Financial Statement 1942. The Financial Statement of accounts for the year ending March 31st 1942 as certified by the Auditor was laid before the meeting. Wm A Walker
