Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick on Monday November 23rd 1942 at 6.30. pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting To appoint a Trustee to Monks Risborough Charities Payment of accounts. Present:- Councillors H. S. Pope (in the chair) F. Williams. W. J. Harper, H. W. Lewis, E. J. Girling and the Clerk.

Apology for absence Apology for absence received from Councillor Wm A. Walker.

Minutes Minutes of last meeting read and confirmed.

Trustee to Monks Risborough Charities Proposed by Councillor E. J. Girling seconded by Councillor H. W Lewis, that Mr Chas Tucker be appointed a Trustee to the Monks Risborough Charities, subject to his consent to serve, failing his consent, Mr. Owen Tapping of the Bungalow Owlswick, be appointed. Carried

Payment of accounts Proposed by Councillor W. J. Harper seconded by Councillor F. Williams, that the following accounts be passed for payment:- H. R. East, Premium on Employers Liability Insurance 10/-d. Commons Preservation Society, Annual Subscription 10/6d. Robert Bailey, Half years Salary as Clerk to 29/9/42 £2/10/-.
