Minutes of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council on 21st Apr 1941.

The Annual Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council was held in the Schoolroom, Longwick on Monday April 21st 1941 at 7.30 pm. To appoint a Chairman and Vice-Chairman for the ensuing Year. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. To appoint two Representatives to serve on the Rating and Valuation Committee of the Wycombe R.D.C. for the ensuing year. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman) H. S. Pope H. W Lewis. A. J. Goodchild, F. Williams and the Clerk.

Chairman Proposed by Councillor F. Williams seconded by Councillor H. W Lewis that Councillor Wm A. Walker, be re-appointed Chairman for the ensuing year. Carried

Vice-Chairman Proposed by Councillor H. W Lewis seconded by Councillor Fred Williams, that Councillor H. S. Pope be re-appointed Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year. Carried

Representatives to serve on Rating & Valuation Committee of the Wycombe R.D.C. Proposed by Councillor H. S. Pope seconded by Councillor H. W. Lewis, that Messrs A. J. Goodchild and Fred Williams be re-appointed as Representatives to serve on the Rating and Valuation Committee of the Wycombe R.D.C. for the ensuing year. Carried
