Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick, on Monday March 24th 1941 at 6.45 pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. Payment of accounts. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman) H. S. Pope. A. J. Goodchild. F. Williams, E. J. Girling W. J. Harper, and the Clerk.

Payment of Accounts Proposed by Councillor Harper seconded by Councillor Williams, that the following accounts be passed for payment:- Robert Bailey, One Quarters Salary as Clerk to 25/3/41 £1/5/- Postages (One year) 7/1d. The Correspondent Longwick C of E School, for use of Schoolroom for meetings (One year) 10/-d. Messrs Shaw & Sons Ltd, Financial Statements, Notices etc. £1/0/1. Carried

Date of Annual Meeting of Parish Council It was agreed that the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council be held at the Schoolroom, Longwick on Monday April 21st 1941 at 7.30. p.m. Wm A Walker
