Minutes of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council on 27th Mar 1939.

Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick on Monday March 27th 1939 at 7.15 pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. Payment of accounts. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman), Herbert S. Pope, Albert Jas Goodchild, Wm Joseph Harper, Fred Williams, Edward John Girling, Herbert Wm Lewis, and Mr Robert Bailey (Clerk)

Minutes Minutes of last meeting read and confirmed.

Payment of accounts Proposed by Councillor Williams seconded by Councillor Lewis, that Cheques be drawn in payment of the following accounts:- Robert Bailey, One Quarters Salary as Clerk to 25/3/39. £1/5/- Postages (One year) 9/11d. Total Cheque to Bailey £1/14/11. Correspondent Longwick C. E. School for use of room for meetings year ending March 31st 1939. 10/-d. Carried.

Date of Annual Parish Meeting It was agreed that the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council be fixed for Monday April 24th 1939. at The School Longwick, at 8 pm. Wm A Walker [Stamp: DISTRICT AUDIT]
