Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick on Monday March 22nd 1937 at 7.15 pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. Payment of accounts. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman) H. S. Pope. F. Williams. W. J. Harper. H. Rogers. A. J. Goodchild, E. J. Girling and Mr Robert Bailey (Clerk)

Payment of Accounts Proposed by Councillor F. Williams, seconded by Councillor H. Rogers that Cheques be drawn in payment of the following accounts:- Mr. J. Redrup, Repairs to Foot bridge leading from Longwick to Bledlow 17/-d. Treasurer Village Hall, Longwick. Hire of Hall for Parish meetings. 10/-d. Correspondent Longwick School Donation for use of School-room for meetings 10/-d. Messrs Shaw & Sons Ltd. Forms for Parish Council Election, 14/3d. Cheverton & Laidler Printing Notices of Parish meeting re Coronation celebrations 6/6d. Robert Bailey One Quarters Salary as Clerk to 25/3/37. £1/5/-. Premium on Clerks Bond 3/-. Postages (one year) 8/6d. Total Cheque £1/16/6. Carried

Impression of seal An expression of appreciation of the services of Councillor H. Rogers who was retiring from the Council was made by the Chairman to which Councillor Rogers suitably replied. Wm A Walker
