Vestry Meeting Minutes

Ilmer Parish. The Easter Vestry Meeting was held in the Parish Room on Friday, the 9th of April, 1920, at 6 p.m. There were present - the Rev. W. O'Connor, Vicar, in the Chair, and Mr. Fritz W. Kingham, Churchwarden.

The Minutes of the Meeting of the 15th of November 1919, were read and signed.

The Churchwarden's accounts for Church Expenses were presented as follows: Receipts - Church Collections £7-5-7 : Collection at an Entertainment given by Mrs. Albert Goodchild, £1-11-9 : Total, £8-17-4. Expenditure : Cleaning Church, £3 : Organist £2-5/- : Bell-ringer, £1 : Coal, £1-2-9 : Oil 2/- : Candles 1/- : Wine 4/- : Washing surplices &c., 1/6 : Total, £7-16-3. Balance in hand, £1-1-1. Special contributions amounted to £4.2.5.

It was resolved that the amount for which the Church, with its furniture &c., is insured, should be increased to £2,000.

Mr. Fritz W. Kingham was nominated as Vicar's Churchwarden and agreed to accept office for the ensuing year.
