Minutes of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Meeting on 21st Apr 1975.

ANNUAL PARISH MEETING HELD AT LONGWICK VILLAGE HALL ON MONDAY 21st APRIL 1975 AT 8.00 pm

Present: Cllrs J. Walker (in the Chair), W. G. Underwood, T. G. T. Taylor, B. E. Thomas, J. C. Restall, D. Brock & Miss J. H. C. Couper. Also three members of the public. Apologies Cllr L. E. Metcalfe. Minutes The Minutes of the meeting held on 1st April 1974 were read, agreed & signed.

Royco Estate: Mr Conran raised the question of the District Council looking after the open spaces on this estate now that they had been landscaped by the developers. The Clerk was instructed to look into this matter.

Rates In reply to a question by Mr Conran, Miss Couper gave a resumé of how the rate fixed for 1975/76 had been calculated.

School Playing Field: This matter was still receiving the attention of the Parish Council.
