MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 10th JULY 2018 AT 6.00 PM IN LONGWICK SCOUT HUT

Cllrs McPherson (Chair), Walker, Rogers, Whitworth and Myers with Clerk, Frank Post

1. Apologies for Absence

• Cllrs van Apeldoorn, Richards

2. Declarations of interest:

• None declared

3. To approve the submission of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR)

• AGAR was reviewed post internal audit and approved for submission to external audit. FP

4. To agree the period for publishing the AGAR for the exercise of public rights

• Council agreed to post the AGAR and supporting documentation onto the website on for 30 working days to facilitate public scrutiny. FP

There being no further business, the meeting closed at 6.30 pm.
