Meeting of the Longwick-cum-Ilmer Parish Council held in the Schoolroom, Longwick, on Monday March 23rd 1942 at 7.15. pm. To read and confirm Minutes of last meeting. Payment of accounts. Present:- Councillors Wm A. Walker (Chairman) E. J. Girling F. Williams, W. J. Harper. A. J. Goodchild and Robert Bailey (Clerk)

Payment of accounts Proposed by Councillor W. J. Harper seconded by Councillor F. Williams that the following accounts be passed for payment:- Robert Bailey. One Quarters Salary as Clerk to 25/3/42 £1/5/- Postages (One year) 8/8. Total Cheque to Bailey £1/13/8. Correspondent, Longwick C. of E. School. Use of Schoolroom for meetings 10/-d. Carried

Date of Annual Meeting of the Parish Council It was agreed that the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council be held at the Schoolroom, Longwick, on Monday April 27th 1942 at 8 pm.

Financial Statement. Year ending 31/3/41 The Financial Statement of Accounts for year ending March 31st 1941 as certified by the District Auditor was laid before the meeting. H. S. Pope. Apr 27th 1942
