Vestry Meeting Minutes

Vestry Meeting Apl 15th 1912. Present the Rev H.M. Gorham and Mr F Kingham.

No minutes of the last Vestry could be found.

The Chairman called on Mr F Kingham to present his statement of the accounts for last year. These showed that £5..3..5 had been collected, while £7..4..4 had been spent, leaving a deficit of £2..0..11 due to the Ch Warden. It was suggested that some form of entertainment be got up to wipe off this deficit. The accounts were passed.

The Chairman then proposed that Mr F Kingham be re-elected Ch-Warden for the coming year. There was no dissentient. Miss Phillips continues her duties of organist and caretaker and A. Richardson of bell-ringer.

The meeting did not consider it advisable to vote on Ch. Defence, owing to the smallness of their number present.

The Meeting then closed.
