Present Councillors Harper Huntley ~~Wootton~~ Tappin. Blaydon.

Minutes Minutes of last meeting were read and confirmed, matters arising were dealt with

Election It was agreed that the clerk should agree, to issue nomination papers for the coming Parish election, and that Mr Rysdale should be notified accordingly

Precept The question of the Precept for 1960/1 was discussed and it was agreed that £20 should be sufficient

Hedges It was proposed by C Walker and seconded by C Tappin that the clerk should contact the Div Surveyor regarding the hedge in the Bledlow Rd (believed owned by Mr Woods) with a request that it should be trimmed back

Culverts It was also proposed by these Councillors that the condition of certain culverts on the Monks Risboro Rd should be mentioned

Finance It was proposed by Councillor Claydon and seconded by Councillor Walker that the following accounts should be paid Clerks Salary Five months ended 31st March 1960 £5-0-0 Postage 1/9 Carried
