Matters Arresing Pro Councillor Walker Sec- Councillor Claridge Mr H Stokes Sec to the Buckingham association of Parish Councils Re the matter of the Clerk's expences attending annual audit Carried

Footpath at Meadle It Was agreed to wait untill the Closing order Date november 30th comes in to force & then look over the Path to see if it is satisfactory

Payment of Accounts It Was agreed the Following accounts be Paid £5-0-0 Clerks Salary Due Sept 24th, 5/0 Workmans Liability act 10/0 municipal Assurance Cy.

Any Other Business Letter Signs It Was agreed the Clerk Write a letter to be displayed in Councillor Claydons Window explaining the Position From the Councils Re Rates etc as these Could not be used For This Purpose. It Was left To the Chairman to try & get more information on This From the Local authorities

Extra Post Box at the South End of the Village It Was agreed the Clerk Write the Postmaster at Aylesbury Asking for a Post Box to be Put at the south end of the Village & also to draw his attention to the Box at the north end of the Village not being satisfactory
