Chairman's Report The Chairman Gave a Detailed Report on meeting With Surveyer, hoping the Results of the meeting will be an Improvement. to matters Discussed Carried

Tresaurer It Was agreed that Mr Symons Bank manager Lloyds Bank be appointed to take over Tresaurer. the Post being Vacant owing to the Resingnation of Mr Bare

Footpath Pro Councillor Walker Sec Councillor William that the Council Have no Objections to the Diversion of Footpath at Brook Farm Meadle

Any Oth Business Rays Farm It Was agreed the Chairman Get in touch With the Surveyor. over the state of the gutter on the Road Side outside Rays Farm

Payment of Accounts Proposed Councillor Williams Seconded Councillor Walker That the Following accounts Be Paid Clerks Salary Due September 24th £2 . 10 . 0 Carried
