That the Clause Re Clerks Salary in minute on Page 171 appertaining to the appointment of Clerk be Deletied owing to misinterpretation of the Rule. The Clerk should not have Been a Paid Servent For the Year 1952 Carried Pro Councillor Williams Sec Councillor Girling That The Clerks Salary be 10£ Per Year From april 1st 1953 Payable in equal instalments of 2-10-0 on the usual quarter Days Carried W J Harper
